01
The Approach
4 questionsWhy ARC instead of ChatGPT, Claude, or the AI tools we already have?
Generic models explain how to do the work. ARC does it. We build AI employees that absorb your templates, tone, and standard, then run the workflow end-to-end and hand back a finished deliverable in your format. The output is something a professional at your firm could sign their name to, not a draft you have to rebuild.
Is this just for underwriting, or one narrow workflow?
No. ARC Ventures builds across deal and investment work, research and intelligence, lead generation and business development, client-facing deliverables, operations and compliance, and custom software. We start with the single highest-leverage workflow, prove it, then expand. Each new workflow ships faster than the last.
Do the agents run autonomously, or do we stay in control?
You stay in control. Agents check their own work, flag uncertainty rather than guess, and hand off cleanly. Heavy decisions stay with your team. The agent removes the hours, not the judgment.
What is the difference between ARC Ventures and ARC?
ARC Ventures builds AI employees that do the work for your firm. ARC, our enterprise consulting arm, helps Fortune 500 and enterprise teams that are restricted to internally-approved AI tools get real operating leverage from those licenses - through training, workflow design, and governance. Both are run by Maxwell Rady. See the Enterprise page for the consulting side.
02
Integration & Workflow
3 questionsHow does it work with our existing templates, CRM, and tools?
It runs inside the systems you already use. Agents get their own working accounts and approved tool access, so they research, draft, route, and complete work in your stack - no dashboard migration and no new login for your team. The deliverable comes back in your template.
Which industries do you work with?
Commercial real estate operators, hedge funds, private equity, credit funds, venture capital, family offices, investment banks, wealth managers, insurance carriers, and corporate development teams. The domain changes; the underlying engine does not.
Can investors and LPs get automated reporting?
Yes. Client-facing deliverables - investor updates, LP letters, quarterly reports - are a core ARC Ventures workflow, drafted in your voice and format on your cadence.
03
Security & Data
3 questionsWhat happens to our data?
Every system runs inside your firm's controls and policies. Client work is never used to train public AI models and never added to public training data. Retention is off by default. Where your data policy requires it, we deploy inside your own cloud or on-prem.
How do you handle InfoSec and compliance review?
We answer questions live with InfoSec, legal, or compliance on the call. CAIQ, SIG, and bespoke vendor questionnaires get filled out honestly with citations to how the pipeline actually runs. If we don't meet a requirement, we say so. See the Security page for the full posture.
Can we deploy inside our own cloud?
Yes. ARC cloud by default, or inside your AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem if policy requires. Same code, documented boundaries, your IAM and audit logs intact.
04
Engagement & Cost
4 questionsHow fast can we start?
A short call to scope the first workflow, then a first pipeline typically live in 5–15 business days. We take on a select few partnerships per quarter so each engagement gets a senior team.
What does it cost?
Engagements are scoped to the workflow and run on a fixed monthly basis after a scoping conversation. The ROI calculator on this site gives a directional sense of analyst hours and cost reclaimed before you ever talk to us.
What if it doesn't work out?
Every engagement is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If we don't deliver on the scope we agreed to, you get your money back. No questions, no friction.
What's included in an engagement?
The build, all model API costs, cloud infrastructure, hosting, monitoring, and ongoing operation. Not a license you operate - we run it. Workflow additions within scope are part of the engagement, not change orders. See the What's Included page for the full breakdown.
