Who We Are
arconsulting.ai is operated by AI Rady Consulting Ventures, LLC (ARC Ventures), together with its affiliated consulting firm AI Rady Consulting, LLC. This policy covers information collected through this website. Engagement work is governed by the separate agreement signed with each client.
What We Collect
Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, email, phone, company, the areas you need help with, engagement details, investment range, decision role, timeline, and any free-text you choose to add. Beyond that, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and secure the site. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregate-only service that counts page views and referrers; it sets no cookies and never identifies you personally.
How We Use It
To respond to your inquiry, assess fit, and prepare a first conversation. That is the only purpose. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Processors
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which transmits the message to our inbox. If you choose to book a call, scheduling is provided by Calendly, which collects the name, email, and meeting time you enter when booking. Hosting and cookieless site analytics are provided by our infrastructure vendors under their standard data protection terms. These providers process data only to deliver their service.
Client Work and AI Models
Documents, models, and data handled during a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's contract and run inside the client's controls. Client work is never used to train public AI models and is never added to public training data.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to follow up and maintain a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing maxwell@arconsulting.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be posted here. This policy is effective as of July 20, 2026.
